Comprehensive IP Telephony Systems to Power Your Business Communications
Access4’s Managed Voice is more than a standard VOIP phone system; it’s a Cloud-based IP telephony solution. One of the most significant advantages of cloud voice solutions is that calls are processed outside of the customer’s premises improving business continuity. If there is a power outage in the office, calls will be processed as usual and will be delivered to your mobile endpoint or can easily be re-routed to another location.
We’ve built Access4’s voice over IP network with business continuity in mind. We’ve therefore established geographically dispersed voice equipment hosting locations, so your business communications will be operational even if one of the sites is entirely offline. Each BroadSoft server has at least one spare entity at the other site. Specially designed sophisticated algorithms are monitoring each server’s ability to process Access4 product features and automatically switch over to the other servers in a couple of seconds in case of failure. Access4 only uses carrier grade Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to interconnect with voice carriers deployed in geographically redundant pairs providing a high level of resiliency for the carrier interconnections.
We continuously monitor each carrier point of interconnect by the SBCs and automatically pull it out of the carrier pool in case of failure. To this end we use our own National MPLS network, using different carriers to provide voice backhaul between our data centres to ensure the quality of experience for your customers. Additionally, SBCs record quality metrics for each call individually, thus allowing Access4 to monitor our voice network proactively.
The Power to Choose
Customers have the flexibility to choose from two types of call plans with our VOIP phone service. Option 1, Cloud Managed End, is the simplest as a Pay Per User Per Month plan. Furthermore, these plans include various options for call inclusions, and they remove the limitation of buying traditional channels and managing contention. With Cloud Managed End, every user is always able to make a call when they want.
Cloud Managed SIP for Larger Businesses
The second VOIP phone system service option for larger customers and contact centres is Cloud Managed SIP. With options for call inclusions, Cloud Managed SIP is a Hosted SIP from Access4’s platform. The customer decides how many SIP lines they need and manage the contention themselves.
